Seat Material : NBR, EPDM, CR, Silicon, VITON, Metal and Overlaying - 316L/13CR/Stellite (Other materials can be consulted.)

Flanged Face :  Flat Face (FF), Rasied Face (RF) and Ring Type Joint (RTJ)  (Other surface roughnesses can be consulted.)

Working Pressure :  ASME 125# ~ 2500#, PN6 ~ PN420 and 5K ~ 63K

Annotation:
PS-1 : DI (Ductile Iron) is included A536 65-45-12(FCD450) and A395 60-40-18(FCD400).
PS-2 : CS series is included A216 (WCA, WCB and WCC) and A352 (LCA, LCB, LCC......etc).
PS-3 : ASTM A217 series is included WC1, WC4, WC5, WC6, WC9, WC11, C5, C12......etc.
PS-4 : SS series is covered A351 (CF3, CF8, CF3M, CF8M, CF3MN, CF8C ......etc. 
PS-5 : DSS series is covered A890 (2A, 3A, 4A, 5A, 6A, 7A ......etc. 
PS-6 : B148 series is covered C95600, C95800.....etc. 
PS-7 : The partly body materials can be done the phosphating, NACE MR0175 and RT testing. These partly treatments would be implemented during the casting. NACE must be treated while annealing. The sand mold that did the valve body of RT testing must be treated before casting.
PS-8 : The partly disc materials can be done the special treatments. The special treatments are included NACE MR0175, spraying Nylon, spraying Hala, zincing, nickeling, overlaying (316L, 13CR, Stellite)......etc.
PS-9 : Water System is covered clean water, sewage treatment, sea water desalination, irrigation, cooling water......etc.

The other notes:
1. Pin(Shaft) : If the enquiry is not mentioned the pin material, it would generally be used the same with the disc or high grade than the disc material. If the pin material that used ALBC3 disc is not mentioned, we will quote the pin with 316SS.
2. Spring : Inconel X-750 and 316SS are our standard fitting.  They are included the high torque, general torque and low torque, and would be changed based on your requirement. In the special conditions, we will also provide MONEL and HASTELLOY spring.
3. We also provide the dual plates check valve with the independent suspension design.
